Camp Bus Information for June 30, 2019 – First Day of Camp
There Is a Camp Bus Leaving from Toronto & Ottawa.
Please arrive at least 20 minutes early to check in with camp bus staff, who will give you luggage tags to attach to your child’s bags. Please pack first-day medications separately. Consider including nut-free and other non-allergenic snacks, plus toys, books, games etc. in your Kennebecer’s knapsack for the camp bus ride.
Medical staff will be at the buses and in Arden to collect camper medications. Please check medication dispensing instructions carefully. For your Kennebecer’s safety, we will not dispense medications if they do not match the medical form instructions exactly. All medications, vitamins and supplements must arrive blister-packed. Liquids or other medication that can’t be blister-packed must arrive in their original prescription bottle or packaging.

If You Are Driving Your Kennebecer to Arden
Please meet camp staff in front of the Arden Branch of the Kingston Frontenac Public Library at 5998 Arden Road, Arden, Ontario K0H1B0. Don’t worry, you can’t miss it – Arden is very small. For everyone’s safety, we will shuttle campers into camp on the arriving Ottawa and Toronto buses, as our camp road is unpaved, only 1½ lanes wide and 4 km long. Please arrive between 3:30-4:00. If Your Kennebecer is flying into the Toronto or Ottawa Airport
If you require camp staff to meet your Kennebecer’s flight and transport your camper to camp, please discuss your flight arrangements with the camp office, a minimum of three weeks before your Kennebecer’s scheduled arrival and before you finalize your travel plans.
Information for Non-Canadian Residents
Please be aware that everyone who crosses the Canadian border requires a valid passport to gain entry into Canada. Citizens of some countries may require a visa. Please check with the Canada Border Service Agency website for complete documentation requirements, well in advance of your planned entry into Canada. We keep camper’s passport and other travel documentation safe during their stay at camp.
